JS Machine entered the digital space approximately 15 years ago and has since made a few significant acquisitions of both software and technology that have enabled them to produce digital printers specifically for the corrugated manufacturing industry. JS has been able to leverage their existing converting machine technology and marry it with the digital printers to produce value added equipment in the digital realm. JS has had a long standing, strong partnership with a print head manufacturer, and all products use only aqueous digital inks. Single Pass

SLIM 2800 & The Digital Folder Gluer

The SLIM 2800 digital printer has a standard configuration as a 4 Color, CMYK machine but can be expanded to up to 6 colors. Maximum production speeds reach up to 150 meters per minute, and the maximum resolution is 600 x 600 DPI. The SLIM is unique as it can be configured with box forming capabilities – this provides a technological breakthrough to combine digital printing with traditional box making.

Multi-Pass

YARN

JS understands that each customer has different levels of experience and requirements in the digital marketplace. Due to this, they also produce a Multi-Pass press in addition to Single Pass digital printers. While Multi-Pass machines operate at lower speeds in comparison to single pass alternatives, they are much less expensive and still serve a segment of the market with higher resolution printing and lower volume demand requirements. The YARN is capable of 500 x 1200 DPI as maximum resolution.
